Krysta Berquist is an attorney with the firm of Senoff & Enis in Freehold, New Jersey, where her practice is dedicated exclusively to Family Law and related matters. She is a strong advocate for mediation and collaborative divorce as pathways to more amicable resolutions and greater client satisfaction.

Ms. Berquist began her legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable James F. Hyland, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Middlesex Vicinage (2006–2007 term). She also gained valuable experience working as an attorney for the City of New York.

She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and the District of Columbia, and is trained in the collaborative divorce process. Ms. Berquist holds a B.A. from Boston College and earned her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. She is an active member of the Monmouth County Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Monmouth Collaborative Divorce Professionals (MCDP).
